These terms cover the work Lumora LLC ("Lumora," "we," "us") does for your business and your use of itslumora.com. Short version: every price is a starting price, you get the real number in writing before we start, month-to-month plans can be canceled before any billing date, and the 6-month SEO plan has one rule if you leave early.
Plans and prices
All prices are "starting at." Your final price depends on what your project needs, and you'll see it in your quote before any work starts.
- Just a website: $1,500 to build, plus $129 a month for upkeep. Month to month.
- Website + SEO, no commitment: $1,500 to build, plus $750 a month (upkeep included). Month to month.
- Website + SEO, 6-month plan: $1,000 to build, plus $600 a month (upkeep included) for 6 months.
- SEO for a website you already have: $600 a month on the 6-month plan or $750 a month with no commitment. Upkeep of your site isn't included.
Upkeep covers hosting, security, updates, and small edits. SEO plans include 5 hours of SEO work a month. Growth SEO bumps that to 10 hours for $400 more a month. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
- Bigger builds: the starting price covers up to 5 pages, a contact form, a mobile-friendly design, and Google Business Profile setup. 6 to 10 pages with booking or a menu and a photo gallery adds $500. 10+ pages, online stores, payments, or custom features add $1,000 or more, quoted up front.
- Content like blog posts, new pages, and photos is quoted per piece.
- Extra hours beyond your plan are $100 an hour. We'll ask before going over.
- Visibility Audit: free. An automated scan you run on the Visibility Audit page.
- Fix Plan: $200, one time. Includes a hand check of your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and AI answers, a written fix for each issue, and a call to go over it.
- Missed-Call-to-Text: $79 to set up, plus $79 a month. Monthly billing starts the day your texting is approved by the carriers.
Your quote
Before we start, we send you a written quote or plan with the work, price, and timeline. If your quote says something different from this page, the quote is what counts for that project.
Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you sign a Lumora quote or plan, or pay us through a checkout that links to them. Your quote lists the date of the terms that apply to you.
Payment
Build fees are due as listed in your quote. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month through Stripe. If a payment fails, we'll email you. If it isn't fixed within 14 days, we may pause work. If it's still unpaid after 30 days, we may take hosted services like your website or texting offline until it's paid.
Canceling and the 6-month plan
- Month-to-month plans (website upkeep, no-commitment SEO, Missed-Call-to-Text): cancel anytime before your next billing date. Email us and you won't be billed again. We don't refund partial months, and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Canceling SEO on a site we built: your plan switches to website upkeep at $129 a month, so your site stays up. Want to cancel that too? Just say so, and we'll help you move your site.
- 6-month SEO plan, Lumora-built website: you get $500 off the build for staying 6 months. If you leave before then, you pay back that $500.
- 6-month SEO plan, your own website: if you leave before 6 months, the months you used are billed at the $750 no-commitment rate. For example, leaving after 3 months costs $450.
- At the end of 6 months, you pick: renew for 6 more months at $600 a month, or switch to month to month at $750 a month. We'll remind you 30 days before. If you don't pick, you move to month to month at $750.
- If we end the work: we can end our work with you with 30 days' written notice. If we do, the early-exit charges above don't apply.
Refunds
The Visibility Audit is free. The Fix Plan is $200. If you change your mind before we start checking your business by hand, we'll refund the full $200. Once that work starts, it's non-refundable. If you start a kick-off within 30 days, the $200 goes toward it. A kick-off is a one-time round of work on the biggest problems from your Fix Plan, quoted in writing before it starts. Setup fees are non-refundable, and we don't refund work already delivered in a billing cycle. For canceling and the 6-month plan, see Canceling above.
What we need from you
- Accurate business details, and access to things like your Google Business Profile, domain, and any existing site
- Replies and approvals in a reasonable time, so your project doesn't stall
- Photos, logos, and text you have the right to use
Your content and your texts
You're responsible for the photos, logos, text, and business details you give us, and for any texts you send yourself. If someone makes a claim against Lumora because of them, you'll cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Who owns what
Once your build and any balance you owe are paid (unpaid fees, the $500 payback, or re-billed months), the website content and design made for your business are yours. Your domain is always registered in your name. When you leave, we hand over your files and access, and we keep your site up for 30 days after your last paid month so you have time to move it. Tools and code we use across many clients, and third-party services, stay with their owners. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results
We do the work in your plan and report on it every month. We can't promise a certain spot on Google or that AI tools like ChatGPT will recommend you, because Google and those tools make that call. Anyone who guarantees it is guessing.
Other services we rely on
Your site and services run on tools like Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and phone carriers. We pick good ones and handle problems when they come up, but we aren't responsible for their outages or policy changes. Any fees they charge that aren't in your plan will be in your quote.
Missed-Call-to-Text
When you miss a call, we send the caller one automatic text from your business. We write that text, keep it informational (no sales offers), include your business name, and let people reply STOP to opt out. We also register your texting with the carriers. Approval can take a few days to a few weeks, and we can't control how long it takes.
Any other texts you send through the service, like promotions, follow-ups, or reminders, are your responsibility. You need the right consent before sending them, and you need to honor opt-outs. We may pause texting if carriers flag your messages or they break carrier rules.
Limit of liability
Please read this section. As far as the law allows, Lumora's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect losses.
This limit doesn't reduce anything you owe us.
Using this site

Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you're a current client, the quote you signed still applies to your project.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first. We'll both try to work it out in good faith for 30 days. If we can't, either of us can file in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, Georgia (small claims), or in the state courts in Fulton County if the claim is too big for small claims.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
