Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Lumora LLC ("Lumora," "we," "us") collects through itslumora.com and when you contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to work with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• When you fill out a form: your name, email, business name, message, and phone number if you choose to add one. We also note which page you sent it from.
• When you email, call, or text us: your contact details and whatever you include in the message.
• When you hire us: the details we need to do the work and bill you, such as your business information, website and Google Business Profile access, and payment records.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block abuse.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don't follow you around the web. The site remembers your light or dark mode choice and motion setting in your own browser. That setting stays on your device. If we add visitor counts, we'll use a cookie-free tool that doesn't identify you or track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To reply to you, send quotes, and answer questions
• To deliver the work you hire us for and support you afterward
• To keep business, tax, and contract records
• To keep the site secure and working

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us run things

We use a small set of trusted service providers who handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Formspree delivers website form messages to our inbox
• Zoho Mail hosts our email
• Google Voice handles our business calls and texts
• Cloudflare hosts this website
• Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number or text us, we'll only text you about your inquiry or the work we're doing for you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Client work

If we build or manage a website, Google Business Profile, or missed-call text service for your business, we only handle your customers' information to provide that service for you, as covered in our agreement with you.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project records as long as we need them to work with you and to meet tax and legal requirements. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Since we don't track visitors across sites, browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change anything here.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
